Le Balthazar started as the idea of 6 entrepreneurs from Joliette with a passion for Quebec beers. After their success in Joliette, a first franchise opened at the Centropolis in Laval.
The director of that franchise loved the concept so much that he built his own team, opened a Balthazar at Quartier DIX30 in Brossard and bought the banner.
The Joliette Balthazar is no longer around, but our original passion for Quebec beers is still very much alive.
