1Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the lebalthazar.com website, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the site.

2Use of the site

The site lets you browse our menus, events and promotions, book a table, submit a job application or a franchise request, and contact our locations. You agree to:

  • provide accurate information in the forms;
  • not use the site for illegal or fraudulent purposes;
  • not attempt to disrupt the site or gain unauthorized access to its systems.

3Alcohol and legal age

Le Balthazar is a licensed establishment. The sale and service of alcohol are restricted to persons aged 18 and over, in accordance with Quebec law. Some promotions or evenings may be restricted to adults. We encourage responsible drinking at all times.

4Accuracy of content

We do our best to keep the site up to date, but menus, prices, opening hours, events and promotions may change without notice. The content of the site is provided for information purposes and does not constitute a contractual offer. In the event of a discrepancy, the information in effect at the restaurant prevails.

5Third-party services

Some features are provided by partners: table reservations are handled by Libro, and the loyalty program and gift cards by Freebees. When you use these services, their own terms of use and privacy policies apply. The site may also contain links to external sites whose content we do not control.

6Intellectual property

The Le Balthazar name, logos, texts, photos and all site content are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our property or that of our partners. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

7Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is, without any guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Le Balthazar cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the site or the inability to use it.

8Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada. Any dispute relating to the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
